We offer free shipping worldwide

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Orders shipping to Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 1-2 business days. Orders shipping outside of Hong Kong are delivered with a courier, usually FedEx or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.

 

Taxes & Duties

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. While customers in Europe will need to pay 10% more, so that we could arrange all the taxes, value-added tax, import tax, etc. for you and save more time and cost.

 

Returns

You may return any full-price Nada items within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

 

Pre-ordered items may not be returned for refund, although naturally in the case of a mistake on our part we make exceptions.

Warranty

2 Year Warranty

We guarantee your watch to be free of any manufacturing defect for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts.
